The hotel felt quite dated , with furniture showing its age. My room had a noticeable musty smell , and I couldn't find a way to properly air it out. The self-check-in kiosk was slow and repetitive , especially after I had already filled out my information online. It felt impersonal , especially with staff standing nearby not offering assistance.

i found the location very convenient. it was easy to access bus and tram routes. the staff was wonderful. i especially liked the culture of bringing guests together in the lounge on the 25th floor. they offered free drinks and snacks.

the room felt very hot and stuffy. the in-room air conditioning barely functioned. i noticed black mold around the window. also, the bathroom felt outdated and cramped. the toilet didn't flush well.

The hotel's location was convenient I easily walked to key attractions. The staff provided really good service they were always ready to assist. The lounge upstairs was a great perk it offered fine views and complimentary drinks. The breakfast included many tasty dishes it was also very varied.

The room's carpet showed some wear it could benefit from a thorough cleaning.

My room was stifling. The air conditioning barely worked and I could not adjust it below 23 degrees! The light fixtures looked like they had not been cleaned in ages. They were covered in dust. The whole place felt old and tired.
